BodyAttack combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping, with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS instructor will pump out energising tunes and lead you through the workout — challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement. High reps with low to medium weight is the for- mula you need to tone and strengthen muscles and force the body to consume calories. Always arrive early so you can set your equipment up. New runners are welcome to attend.
